Laura Gonzalez, MD

Dr. Gonzalez is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After graduating from Emory University with an undergraduate degree she went to medical school at Tulane University. She returned to Emory for her Internal Medicine residency and then completed a Cardiology fellowship at the University of Chicago. Following 10 years of practice in Denver and Chicago she has decided to return to the Atlanta area.

Her clinical interests include women’s health and pacemaker/defibrillator implantation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Laura is married and has one child (Aiden) who attends Trinity School. She enjoys travel and hiking in the Rockies.
